All Top Bunk qualifying camps meet the following criteria:

1. Not-for-profit, and affiliated with a synagogue, a Jewish movement, or UJA Federation
2. Recognized as a camp that serves the GTA population (more than 50% GTA kids)
3. Offer a three-week program for children currently in grades 2-7
4. Be OCA accredited or equivalent
5. Offer tax receipts through their own charitable number or that of an affiliated organization
